Here you can find everything from fire restrictions, water flows, fishing tournaments & derbies to fishing club meetings & updates, guides/outfitters, a taxidermist to mount the big one that didn’t get away. Even lodging and bait/tackle shops, custom rod builders & lure makers. We have NMDGF fishing reports, Jicarilla reports, as well as, reports and other great information from other members of Fish Enchantment around NM. I was born and raised here in New Mexico and have always enjoyed the outdoors. My Father and Grandfather used to take me fishing for Coho, Kokanee, and Trout when I was young. The majority of the time we fished Heron, El-Vado, and Eagle Nest. In 2001 I became a dedicated angler, fishing every weekend, any specie, and any water I could find. In 2004 I started fly fishing and quickly began tying my own flies that same year. Back in 07 we took a shot at ice fishing and had a few great experiences, ever since I've been hooked. Leah and I started Fish Enchantment back in 2005. It's been amazing what great friends and new fishing buddies I have met along the way. The site continues to grow, we figure it's YOUR site, the Members over time have shaped it to what it is today. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU! I'm also dedicated to New Mexico Muskies Inc and our Muskie fisheries. I have served as Secretary, VP, and most have recently had the privilege of serving our Members as President from June 2009-December 2011. I look forward to watching this fishery/club grow in the years to come. 2010 NMDGF A.R.E. Volunteer of the year.

I was born and raised in New Mexico, enjoy the outdoors, shooting, and fishing. My Father and Brother used to take me fishing when I was young for pike, Bass and Catfish. Ever since then I have always enjoyed being outdoors. My favorite species to fish for is Small and Largemouth Bass. I enjoy on working on computers, that eventually led to helping Matt build Fish Enchantment. My favorite part of Fish Enchantment has been going fishing and camping with the people we have met through the site.

I was born and raised in northern Taos county and spent majority of my free time enjoying the outdoors with a fishing rod in hand. My grandfather taught me to fish at an early age and the obsession grew from there. I spent majority of my time fishing the Rio Costilla Park and consider this fishery my home turf. In time I found myself exploring many fisheries in South Central Colorado and North Central NM. In 1999 I moved to Albuquerque to go to college and have lived here since. In 2009 I was told about FishEnchantment.com’s forum and quickly became a member. I have fished with many anglers that I’ve met on the site and consider all of them great friends. The amount of knowledge and techniques I have picked up from this site have been amazing. In 2010 I volunteered to help out as a moderator and recently have started helping as an administrator. I was super excited to find FE originally and am still excited to help the site grow and mature.
